My name is Ruoall and I own this blog.

Welcome to Antiaffliction.com. I guess you stumbled upon my site through one of the search engines and my hope is that you at least leave my site with a little more knowledge than when you first landed on here.

See, back in 2006 this site was not about Fitness or Muscle Building at all. I initially started this site to review Spyware products. I’m being honest with you here. As a consumer/customer myself, I believe that transparency is key to building any lasting relationship.

I believe to be 100% upfront and honest when it comes to anything client or business related. I guess you sell yourself before your product, not that this is a product… but you get what I’m saying.

Anyway, I realized that the whole IT Spyware thing didn’t really do much for me and it was an effort for me to update and maintain. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to take it down and rebuild it.

Since training, sport and adventure are some of my greatest passions, I decided to dedicate my blog and my extra time to share my knowledge with you. I am sharing my experience and knowledge with you at absolutely no cost or strings attached.

There are just too many sites out there trying to make money off of people who aren’t as clued up as “the marketing companies”. With that being said, this site is going to grow and grow and grow and hopefully along the way we are going to be a small community (dare I say, family) sharing ideas and stuff along the way.

I just have to mention that you may even notice some spelling mistakes or grammar errors and though I will endeavour (oohh look at the big words) to always ensure error free content, I am only human so forgive me for that.

Guys I really hope that my time and effort pays off and that it helps you in some way, shape or form.
